ecoATM Gazelle and TechSmartt Collaborate to Help Educate Consumers About ecoATM Kiosk Process

Video takes viewers through the process of trading in an iPhone X at local kiosk

San Diego, Calif. (January 26, 2018) – ecoATM Gazelle and TechSmartt released a video collaboration today to demonstrate to TechSmartt viewers the process of utilizing an ecoATM kiosk by trading in an iPhone X.

TechSmartt's first video, titled "Selling my iPhone X to a machine in Walmart," prompted inquiries from viewers around why his phone wasn't initially accepted by the ecoATM kiosk.

After learning more about why the verified authentic iPhone X wasn’t accepted the first time, ecoATM Gazelle and TechSmartt joined together to educate viewers on the process of trading in a newer device to an ecoATM, referencing a 60-day moratorium from when a manufacturer launches a new device.

TechSmartt founder and YouTube personality Keaton Keller visited the ecoATM kiosk, located at 3705 E. South St. in Long Beach, Calif., to show his close to 3 million viewers the convenient process they can go through to successfully trade-in an Apple iPhone X at an ecoATM kiosk.

The video tutorial provided a step-by-step process of trading in a device through an ecoATM kiosk, including placing the device in the kiosk for initial evaluation, sensors scanning the device to determine device make, model and condition, an offer being presented for the customer to either accept or decline, ID verification and, finally, cash being dispensed for the accepted offer amount.

ecoATM Gazelle and TechSmartt will also be donating the funds received from trading in the iPhone X to the Boys and Girls Club of Santa Monica to further their resources and work.
